yes .
love could destroy your life, if you are a little bit naive.
if you don't have an experience of people , you will not be able to make difference between lovers and players.

Yes it can. That's why I don't believe in it. Its probably going to cease in the next 20 years. Too many people, esp. women, of Gen Y are way too stubborn. Love can cause so much stress and it can lead to a person's downfall.

Yes, love can destroy you (if you allow it). I allowed my struggle with loving a habitual liar (and cheater) to overtake my happiness, livelihood and peace of mind. The level of pain was too much to take. I was a wreck.

Love is overrated, too commercialized, and way too unpredictable. Recently, someone told me that "Love isn't something you feel. It's something you commit to." Because women are "emotional creatures", they are always in search of an emotional fix. So, when a woman is no longer feeling "in love" with you, you're done.

Due to what I understand now after a string of bad experiences with women, I choose not to subject myself to the unrealistic expectations of dating. My attitude is that time and fate will introduce me to someone who will enhance my life -- Not take anything away. I'm also okay with being a lifetime bachelor as well (not that I have any aspirations to get married, which is something I won't do).

Wclac-Your constant complaining of women isn't going to get you anywhere. Please don't remain one of those bitter men who blames women for everything..

Hmm...Well I dont think so. The losers you go through help you know when you have a winner. The only thing that can destroy your life is forgetting the condom.

Other than that...You'll live.

More power to you. You're a good woman. I wish there were young women who thought like you. Now, that's the spirit.

So stop being a victim, get out of victim mentality, take steps towards you own maturity, self-development, and self-respect. What you describe in the opening post can only happen if you LET it. There are no victims, only volunteers.
