If I could read your tiny font, I'd read your post and give you an answer. I don't think there is a set time frame for asking a woman to marry you. Some wait so long it's too late. Some jump the gun and get engaged and married too soon. I'd wait until you honestly feel in your heart you want to spend the rest of your life with this lady and tell her so.

You might also consider having your friend obtain his/her own membership. Can save some humiliation and/or infractions.
