I had a meeting this morning in another part of London and on my way back stopped off at a Mall and walked straight to the MAC counter at Fenwicks and got me a bunch of make up. I was running low on lipsticks and didn't have any foundation. There aren't any stores that stock it near me and I would otherwise have to go to Central London ... something I don't relish in the day time. I also got myself a bottle of Issey Miyake.
I'm going to restart taking my antidepressant.
Actually I'm not kidding, I am able to recognize when I need to let it revamp my thinking. And, it's time.
