This belongs both here and in the Pet Peeve thread (literally). This couple left their pit bull in the car. It's almost 90 degrees right now! Animal Control and the police just left. They got the dog out and he looks okay. Chow had to report it because I was shaking, I was so upset.

He called them after about 5 minutes, when it looked like they weren't coming back. It was about an hour by the time the authorities came and got the dog out, and the people still hadn't come back. The Animal Control guy measured the temp in the car and it was over 100 degrees by then. No water or anything.

Sure hope they don't have kids.

Shredded lots of old phone and utility bills. It feels so good to get rid of paperwork you don't need!

Yesterday I got off work and decided to meet a few friends for dinner at Cheesecake Factory, then we went to go see Inception with Leonardo DiCaprio and The Sorcerer's Apprentice, didn't get back until 1:15am late Friday night/early Saturday morning. Went for breakfast at Shoney's and did volunteer work; had lunch with the staff I do volunteer/charity work for and then by the time I was done, drove to River City Marketplace and did some shopping, came home and played with my rotties, made dinner and now I'm chillin'.

Oh, and happy late birthday Seeniorita. Drink somethin' for your boy

I took my dad and two nephews to the lake for a boat ride and to do some fishing. My team won!
