There are no words to describe that kind of freedom.

Are you going for your license? Good luck!

Oh, the Chesapeake Bay IS lovely, I'm flying over the south Jersey shore mostly but took a trip to OC, MD recently, just a half hour trip for me as the crow flies. Yes, getting my pilot license, which is quite grueling at times, you must be very strong person considering flying with RRMS. :/

Today I am having a great day! I hung some curtains that I made and I think they look wonderful! I have been "piddling" with them for months and it feels so good to finish a project.

I am also getting ready for my daughters party and making little pillowcases for her slumber party guests. My youngest children, almost 3 and 1 1/2, are "helping" so there is quite a mess to tackle, but we are having fun!

Also, my crazy aunt came last night unexpectedly left just as unexpectedly! Yeah for me!!!

I quit my job!

I was supposed to be transferring to Texas with my current job, but another one that I applied for eons ago finally came through (also in Texas). It was perfect timing 'cause I'm moving this weekend. I called my boss and he said I can just be on leave for the next two weeks, instead of taking a week to move and then showing up at my agency's office for only a week, and then I can start my new job October 14. Yay!

I need to loose a few pounds. I gained a few after eating so much ice cream over the last 3 weeks. Don't worry I am not plus sized or corpulent yet.

Get running through Texas then! I have a crazy dog that loves to chase people...I could loan him out for motivational purposes if you'd like

I can use him, too. Perhaps while he's chasing me I may drop the ice cream... Unfortunately, it rarely is the last one.

He would probably consider it a welcome change from the squirrels and landscapers Don't worry about the ice cream, the guy drives around twice a day in the darn truck with the annoying song blaring trying to sell more of the frozen stuff
