LOL my fiance is 7 years younger than me and I only have a hard time with that when other people (i.e. friends and family) tease me about it. He is actually the first younger guy I have dated.
My husband is seven years older than I am. I used to say, around mid-life, that ten years was the outside limits. More than ten and you sort of end up in a different generation. It's nice to share the music you grew up with and those memories of that period of time.
My son is married to a sweet gal 11 years younger. It's a little hard at either end of the bell shaped curve. He's 37 and she's 26.
It's a maturity thing. Frankly if they're of age and willing, go for that romp in the sack.
But otherwise? No. I need someone on the same level as me and at the same point in their career, otherwise I tend to treat the man in question more like a piece of furniture-- move where I feel most satisfied

Now, now... It all depends on the definition. People are biologically capable of having kids at about the age of 12! That doesn't mean they DO have them at 12!
