me too....although in my younger days there would be times i would go without for easy access
Man, can't imagine wearing jeans with no underwear for either gender... Just picture all the parts and vegetation that can get caught in the zipper! Yikes!
As far as the original question - only with long dresses/skirts, occasionally. So, in my case there's no correlation between that and sleeping in a birthday suit.
