What do you do for a living and is it fulfilling? Do you really enjoy your work or is it just a paycheck? Would you like to be doing something that gives you greater sense of happiness but you can't afford to switch jobs? What would be your ultimate job that would give you the most joy? If finance's were not an issue.

Seeing as how I just got promoted, a nice raise and now qualify for management level bonuses, yeah I like it.

Now, If I could do anything finances aside, I would be either a fighter pilot or a musician, or possibly both

I hate my current job, but since jobs that pay the same are not available at this time around here, I'm stuck.

Nope. Just a paycheck. A nice one that pays for my house and truck, albeit, but a paycheck nonetheless. I'm just waiting for a better position to come along.

I love my job.....I wouldn't ever want to do anything else....sure, pay stinks (for teachers) but it is sooooooo worth every cent i've given up. Education is the most rewarding job I could imagine having.

I always wanted to be a teacher, but I am too stupid.

I was an Instructor in the Navy. While on an Air Force base, I taught Air Force officers about the Navy (ours and others). I found it extremely rewarding. There's something about watching the light go off in someone's eyes when they finally get a concept.

But, my job now is as a learning managment system/database administrator (l'm the equivalent to running the software for an online university). I'm trying to get back into web development for online courses again. That was more rewarding.
