Inappropriate. If you get dressed thinking you're gonna be sexy today because you're showing that, you're instantly NOT sexy. Sexy has mystery involved. I'm not saying cover up head to toe, but there is no need to give the general public that much information about you.
I think one day it will be totally acceptable to go around showing everything you've got. Some people will love that, of course. But you know what, I think eventually people would get used to it and then it wouldn't mean anything. Then it would go backwards and people would cover everything up to be completely mysterious and sexy! Interesting idea!
Everytime I see a girl showing off her thongs by bending over I feel like giving them an atomic wedgy.
So back to the question, I think it's sexy depending on the color of the thongs.
I actually think that it's sexier for a woman to wear a long flowing skirt with a slit, than a tight mini skirt.
First let me say that I agree with this statement. Secondly, this topic sure brings back memories! As some of you know I was a single dad who raised 3 daughters. It was hillarious and embarrasing for all of us at times to try to figure these things out as the girls were developing. My poor oldest girl was a guinea pig for the younger 2! But we got thru it. And now that I think about it, all 3 of them, as adults, dress rather conservatively. That isnt something i went out of my to instill in them. They were allowed some self expression in thier dress as girls. i just wanted it to be age appropriate. But anyway, I find it alot sexier to see a woman dressed nicely. i love women in long skirts with that slit. Its sexy without being trashy. I really liked the "hippiegirl" look of the 60's!
I saw a girl recently that had a nice body but her thong was hanging out and I have to tell you. It made her look so cheap. I really wanted to say something to her because I'm sure she didn't realize but then I just couldn't do it.
I think it is inappropriate, and possibly a bit skanky.
If I wanted to be tormented by the sight of a female's body, I could easily do that. But anytime that I venture into town, there is a good possibility that in a grocery store, at the gas station, I will see this.
It is why I spend most of my time on the farm.
When I was sexually active, I enjoyed going to the beach and it did not 'bother' me at all. I liked the 'thrill' of seeing ladies showing their stuff.
But now, married and celibate, I need to control my desires and seeing these things is frustrating.
Thongs are sexy though when worn the right way though...
