that's crossing the line, just showing Mr. cat total disrespect. no matter what your wifey claims she will say, i would still complain to the management. don't even bother with the guy himself, just go right over his head to the people that really care. tell them about his creepy comments when he is on and off the clock, what's next this guy enters your residence to steal your woman's panties? he sounds like the type...

You know, the A/C vent in our bedroom was kind of loose so I had the feeling someone had a camera installed, so I got on my step ladder, yanked the whole thing and voila! guess what?
Sounds like he's harrassing her and she's not sure how to deal with it. I would appreciate it if my husband or partner would say something to someone who I found intimidating and was saying inappropriate comments. I don't think she would be telling you about it if she didn't know what to do. Have a talk, but leave emotion out. It would be best if she could go with you when you talk to him.

I used to work for a apartment complex and worked with maintenance Guys and this stuff actually happens...
I'm wondering why she hasn't stopped this already. I think the first comment he made she should of told him she was happily married and would appreciate if he wouldn't talk like that to her. And then after that stayed away from him. But sense that didn't happen. I would give your wife the chance to say something to him.
