NOW.. back to your question... She is only a waitres.... A waitress who works mostly on tips. Waitresses will tend to look and be extra sweet and sexy for more tips from guys. She is 16. Do you honestly think he will be going after a 16 year old girl who works at "The Establishment" when he has you? You ladies are too self conscious when it comes to things like that. As far as the kids are concerned, I dont think she would do anything inappropriate in front of the kids.
I agree with everyone else. She was 16, so it's his fault. Someone probably told her that this flattering behavior is required of waitresses and she took it too far. Again, you need to talk with D. He was disrespectful to you and to his kids.

I never said he touched her, flirt with her, etc...SHE DID! If she has a problem with it she should bring it up with the person she is in the relationship with not a stranger!
