I know the Cubans in Miami have a more loose definition of White than Americans of Non Hispanic White descent who have a more strict definition of White. A Cuban who is considered White in Miami, would be considered a person of color if he or she went to Northern Florida a.k.a confederate flag land.

I don't really know if the relationship is interracial or not (nor do I care), but it is definitely an intercultural relationship. I guess you could say she probably is not white. Knowing what I know of her native area of Cuba, there aren't too many truly white people there.

You can definitely say she is way out of his league. She's quite beautiful.
