Fellas, now it's your turn.

How have you changed from your 20's to your 40's?

How do you view yourself now compared to years ago?

What has changed? Are you wiser/smarter?

I guess none of them changed.

I know one big change in my man. He is now a "one woman" man since me. Woo hoo. Lucky me. Other than that he is the same at 50 as he was at 17 in attitude and ideas. He's just slowing down a little.

Sorry, carry on men.

I have more gray hair than when I was 20. No wrinkles. A little more weight and a lot smarter.

Smarter to say the least... but even though I am older .. that doesnt mean we do not make mistakes in our older years.. I must say though.. the rule "fool me once shame on me" does apply.. I do not get fooled twice...

For me, the most important thing is that every year after about age 33, I became less interested in getting married. I don't think I'm alone in this. The single guys I know in their 40s are of the same mind. There is no reason to get hitched unless you find the right person. There are exceptions, but unlike what many women say, we are not looking for a 25 year old super model. However, we have our life together and are not looking to rescue someone who doesn't.

Unfortunately, many who are matchmaking the available women of our age group, are either trying to get a stable home for the divorcee with 3 delinquent teens and a stalker ex or are promoting the "settler" who has finally realized, too late, that wealthy studs will only go for the girls in their early 20s and were likely on their 4th marriage.

My biggest change is that body parts don't work like they used to. No,... I'm talking about knees and other joints. I guess I was too rough on them playing sports when I was younger. The damage so far has been one ruptured Achilles tendon, and two knee surgeries. Boy am I hoping for a cartilage replacement treatment in the next few years.

I've gotten better with age, not like some fine wines that can turn to vinegar.

A lot more rich and a whole lot smarter. And it's harder to recover from a workout or an injury.

Also finally starting to look closer to my age. A couple of years ago I was talking to a lady about the '80s and she asked me what I could possibly know about the '80s. When I told her how old I was, she was in disbelief.

The 80's. That wasn't that long ago but I'm sure it made your day. Oh yeah the body feels the aging much faster than the mind.
