LOL, had it not been for the good ol' Internet, I wouldn't even know any of these pearls... You don't hear them in AZ. When I first saw on our local forum a title "had my hair did" I thought it was just an oversight - somebody meant to say something else and forgot the delete the rest, but I was "enlightened" later that's a way of talking in some places...
