Do you think one of those would work for spiders? (I'm now picturing my house full of holes.)

I think I may have told this story...my neighbor, Queen of Social Climbing, was finally invited to a party in the neighborhood (after dropping SEVERAL hints) and we ran into her there. She had her cell phone that was constantly ringing and I overheard her say "Chandler, I will come home LATER!".

She turned to us and said "Chandler keeps calling wondering when I am coming home...he is upset I left him there with the snake loose in the house."

She left her home with a snake loose in it and made her husband stay home so she could go to the party

My husband turned to me, dumbfounded, and whispered "If that were you, there would not be a shred of plaster left in that house!"

He knows me well

The .38 would definitely take care of a spider...and your load bearing walls!
