As promised, I'm reporting back. Looks like we were at the restaurant for the better part of four hours. I can tell he'd definitely like a regular companion - probably one with benefits. That's something I couldn't provide - sorry to disappoint the audience.

But if I can explain the friends thing with him, I wouldn't mind dining with him occasionally. It was fun.

It's time for me to call it a night.

I have a feeling if you kept seeing him, you'd probably start seeing him differently and chagne your mind. No pressure.

the nice establishment is not part of the equation, maybe that is how he is used to dining because of his positive financial situation.
