Good luck finding all of those traits in one person.

I'm a little over 5' 6", and my hairline receeded, but I do have all the other traits... Including the "Down to earth personality".

And I already have my eyes on somebody I've known for two years, so I guess that disqualifies me..

A WOMAN'S POEM:

The car thing...it depends where he lives. If he's in a city with good public transport & doesn't need one, then I don't care. For me, he has to be motivated, responsible, and not a mooching bum. If he doesn't have a car & job right now due to uncontrollable life circumstances, then that's okay as long as he is working on it.
Necessary things are kindness, intelligence, strong morals, and humility. That's the absolute bare bone basics for me. Oh wait, add hygiene in there

Oh, that's true. I mentioned the car just because I wasn't thinking of the few places providing this luxury of living without one.
