"him sitting directly across from you instead of on the side of you"?
I always seem to Sit directly across from her on a date at whatever place we decide to meet instead of on the side of her to be a little closer. I always was looking like I was at a interview and instead of on a date. So tomorrow I want to be closer to I can be a little more flirtatious instead of being across the table like a fool
So ladies when you meet a guy is he usually sitting closer to you?
Has always been across EVERYTIME. With all my bajillion 1 time meets. Even my husband. Even now we're married. Actually when I try to sit beside my husband his reaction is always like - what are you doing? LOL. I don't care. I still sit beside him when I feel like it.
First date, always sit across. Don't assume stuff. Once intimacy starts, and we are out dating, sure I'll sit across, but after a glass or two of wine, I'm usually over on her side, putting on a show for the rest of the patrons. I have found women really like this, in fact. After dinner, I get up and go sit by her. They usually look at me with a WTF are you doing look, followed by smiles and giggles. Works every time.
