all my relationships have been interracial, but nobody cares over here really. i live near DC, though, so maybe living close to a big city might be a contributing factor.
In SoCal, it doesn't even register with most people who live here. Well, it might if they are from other parts of the country where it might still be less acceptable, but I think they probably get used to it pretty quickly. It wasn't always this way, however. I dated interracially in the early 80s and it was a different story then. Police pulled us over frequently with no probably cause, would come to my side of the car and ask me if I was there of my own free will, stuff like that. Now, it makes me smile to see so many types/ethnicities dating, marrying and raising families. Glad it's changed.
