Yeah. I also pay attention to her dress, shoes, and whatever else there is about her. You call a lot about a person in not much time at all if you're astute enough.
Absolutely. Taking note of that one little thing can save a LOT of time (and embarrassment) if the person you're meeting/looking at is attractive (and you're contemplating dating vs. friendship).
That said, I've seen numerous women that wear rings there even while single, for either personal reasons, or to deter males.
Used to avoid women like that but with so much cheating going on I still try to play my game lol. It works sometimes.
For lots of women they marry a good provider but he sucks in the bed room so they cheat to satisfy their sexual needs. For them, it is better than getting a divorce. Remember, just because they are married doesn't mean they are happy. That is where I come in to fill the void .

I never used to but have become more interested lately. Its mainly from an academic point of view.
If one went by the rings observable locally, it would seem that marriage is actually doing quite well. Since the statistics indicate otherwise, could they be wearing them just to ward off unwanted advances? Once they exit public transit, the ring comes off as they expose the low cut blouse.
Single women are in short supply here. Young and attractive invariably means either a wedding band or an enormous engagement ring. Is this used to gouge out the eye of interlopers or to let them know that she's someone they cannot afford?

Yeah... The flashier the ring, the easier the catch... My wedding ring doesn't deter much either, women still send those probing signals to find out what's behind the ring. Beep-beep-beep-dee-dah-didah-beep-beep! Clunk. Silence. No more questions.
What does it mean when a friend of the opposite sex, who always wore a wedding ring, starts to lose the ring whenever he/she sees you?
They need to get ***** slapped and have their sexual parts removed.
