Jeep better just hope she's short. If you're more than 5'5, the backseat gets real uncomfortable.
Oh, I love the blue one. I've owned mustangs my entire life...up until about six months ago when I stupidly traded my 07 GT with Borla cat-back exhaust, superchip, and other minor additions in so my wife could own a friggin' Dodge truck. I was trying to get the stock 300 hp up to 400. I was about at 360. I'll take that blue one stock though!

Lifes too short to drive around in a crapper. I think the thing to realize here is if someone can afford the car/truck they have. I've always been a middle-of-the-road guy. I buy what I could honestly afford.

In HS, I drove around in a 40mpg 4banger. I saw my classmates working at Burger King waist their money away driving around a 12mpg beat-up truck.

As the jobs got better, the vehicles got better. Now, I don't pull into a parking lot too often and not have the biggest rig there

I can afford it and it's fun so why not? I enjoy life and riding in style. I'm not going to be that 95yo man that worked the mines all his life, then dies and leaves a million to his church.

There is a happy inbetween between excess and saving everything and anything.

Shoulda traded the wife.

Seriously, I feel your pain though. A buddy of mine just sold his 04 Cobra to buy a house with his wife. That car had a Whipple pushing over 600hp at the wheels. I would have jumped all over that car had I been able to afford it.

That's pretty impressive.

I have never had to make a car payment, I am 28 and currently drive a '92 Honda Accord LX with 205k miles on it and only paid 3100 for it 5 years ago when it had 150k on it. What does this make me? I have been a little concern for first impressions with it on first dates but then I think if they really think that matters then I don't want to be around them anyway. Still would this drive a lady away? I'm a web developer with a good salary. I just don't see any point in putting in 1000s of dollars in something that gets me from point A to point B.

LOL - You turd! You bragged and you were so certain that your car can beat my new one!

I replaced the Jeep with a BMW 335i - which gives your Stang a slim chance if I give you a 5 second head start or if you have a helluva upgraded engine package on it, Suckerrrrrrr.

FourOh will fit in my passenger seat just riiiiight. You can follow us to the restaurant after we pick him up, Bosco. . because in my tail winds is exactly where you will stay.

I thought you may have had a Lotus or a Vette with 505 hp small block. :P

I have a couple of friends that have big SUVs, both are under 5'8". At 6'0" I'm comfortable enough to drive what I can afford. I keep them for 7-10 years and then replace. Now I have a Accord...w a V6 since I like to pass on the freeway.

Oh it's upgraded. It won't have any trouble handling a car that does high 13's. Oh, and I'll take the driver advantage too

And here I actually thought I'd have to wait for the Cobra before taking you on.

Only if I'm using you as my decoy.

No thanks on the Lotus. I wouldn't mind a Vette, but I got my heart set on the Cobra.
