I don't put much stock in "polls" as the people conducting the poll many times have an agenda, all they have to do is phrase questions a certain way and you can get results to lean in a certain direction.

Nah not yet anyways. I think the sex synthesizer that they used in the movie "Judge Dread" to imitate sex still needs some kinks ironed out.
Sounds like these qualities they describe can easily describe your best female friends also. If these women are really truly gay, then that's great, good for them. But if they are leaving men because they are just looking for these qualities, then obviously they are lousy at finding a good man. And nothing can replace sex with a man. I kinda think that the majority of these women really aren't interested in a sex life anymore, what better way to handle that then getting together with another woman.

It really is understandable. Most women aren't afraid to deal with emotional issues. Most men I've ever met either don't know how, don't care to, or are downright terrified to. I guess it's a man thing. Just the same, women are missing vital parts I can't live without in a relationship so it's men for me.
I think the reason women are leaving men for women is simply because after dating men your whole life you want to try something different, and sometimes it works out better!
"She couldn't find a better man, so she found a better woman" was what my ex-boss used to say... his wife of 27 years left him a few years back for a pretty "butch" lesbian. lol.
good post. rate of homosexual encounters are higher with women than men, but we put the guys on stoplight just the same about gender boundaries. its all so unfair.
