Um, because it can quickly turn perverted and I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable broadcasting my sexual experiences on the WWW. This is read WAY beyond the people who visit C-D, you know. And some of them are probably quite computer savvy.

Yep, exactly. I've even noticed that C-D discussions come up on a simple Google search! That fact alone could draw "undesirables" in to read the discussions and perhaps decide to be a bit more proactive in actually locating/contacting people here.
