Size is no match for talent and enthusiasm. Most guys with "big ones" think they are God's gift to women and are....pricks....(pun intended).
Just like women with the big ones tend to sag badly in time, well endowed men need the heart of a race horse to perform later in life. (or a good drug plan)
It's the shape of the hog that counts. I've never seen a short one before so I wouldn't know. I've seen really weird somewhat deformed almost pointed shaped ones before that were kinda gross to look at, it reminded me more of an earthworm shape or something, it was chunky all the way through the middle and then narrowed at the top. ugh.

Mooseketeer et al. Sorry. I vote no - size DOES matter. Especially if your thinking of being married to it forever. I passed on a couple of really really nice guys who in all other ways were great mate potential because - see below.
This is the deal - sex is REEEAAALLLLY important to men. Can't be overemphasized. This board is all about sex. That's all anyone talks about. And sex in marriage is huge, particularly how it tends to wane.
So, men are in some ways their own worst enemy, at least for their underendowed brethren. I figure its hard enough to keep the physical home fires lit without them having been more than a glow to begin with.
Faking it is ok for a couple of weeks. A couple of decades or more? No thanks.

I've had debates with some girl friends over penis size and its was an unanimous consensus that size matters.

For sure it matters in that if he is only 3 inches or so it is gonna be tough to satisfy you. I am not sporting porn star length, but have managed to find the end of the road in all but one encounter. I am really happy with what I have. Much more and I think it would be a rip off. I actually feel sorry for the guys that are so long they can't completely park the car.
