Well, the good thing about this post is that the women who date online don't have to worry about having to possibly run into him on there.
Online personals are bad from the start. Women know there is like 25 dudes for every female on there so they like to be picky about it. Just because someone doesn't meet someone at work doesn't mean they aren't a good person. I am sure there are some real skaggs online, but it's the same with men...there are married men, men living with women, men who lie about their attributes, etc. So, we both have to weed out...

I will grant you this, however - it is in women's nature to assume things about you and try to "read between the lines." I think it is some sort of defense or safety mechanism, you even see it routinely in this forum. You'd never notice it from talking to people, but once you see them type their thoughts out it becomes evident that they assume the worst about you.
