I told my friend about my thread, and she told me that I should share the "soldier test": When the soldier is at attention, if a guy stands up, can he put chin to chest and see it? If yes, the belly is fine. If not, belly's too big.
I don't like a six pack on a women. I like my women to be soft and curvy. I haven't had a six pack since my early twenties. I would describe myself as smooth around the middle, not over or under weight, but not ripped either.
After reading all these posts from women saying they don't need a guy with a six-pack or flat stomach, I suddenly feel the need to start eating junk food again.
This contradicts all those surveys that say abs are what women say is the most attractive body part on a man. I always wondered how accurate those surveys were.
My boyfriend runs and cycles, so he's toned, but no six-pack, and that's fine. Not really into that, I'll take smooth over ripped any day. Seeing the individual definition of muscles kind of icks me out. Reminds me of anatomy textbooks in a bad way.
I feel the same way for myself. Belly doesn't have to be flat, as long as it is toned. Curves and softness are most attractive.
I like guys with abs. It doesn't have to be a full blown six-pack (even though those are very much appreciated) but I do like a guy to be toned.
