Some women who are sexy dont really flaunt it purposely. It just exudes from them.
I worked with a latina lady who had the most amazing god given sexy body you have ever seen. I mean she was close to perfection - she had long jet black hair, 18-20" waist, she was super smart (MBA), and she was very good at her job. Some of the non-sexy frumpy hefty women in the office complained to HR about her dressing too sexy. When HR got involved they realized that the sexy woman was wearing the exact same things the chubsters were wearing but because her body was by itself sexy, it made her appear to be "flaunting" her sexiness. HR did nothing to the sexy girl but they did talk to those who made the complaints to inform them the gal was not in violation of any workplace rules.
This is a very good point. Different bodies "wear" the same clothes in different ways.

Sexy attractive people are just that! Dress them up, put jeans on them or just cover them with a towel....omg yes the towel she was so hot.........oh wait, different thread sorry...
Sexiness is not about the way a person dresses but rather their attitude. A person can be dressed to the nines and have a nice toned body but if their attitude sucks, their goes any hope of being considered sexy.
If you truly are sexy, you don't have to flaunt it. It shows no matter what you wear or how you walk or act. It's an indescribable quality, but you've either got it or you don't. If you don't have it, then yeah ... you need to act like you do.
