You think so? I dunno. My now ex and I went several times a week and it never failed, I always felt it. Ok, sometimes when he was extra turned on it would be stronger--to the point it almost hurt--but it was never absent.
Your also basing this on possibly a lot more experience then the women in question, much like passing off a fake on a guy. Head swells and jerks, usually ballooning to twice even it's normal aroused size, but if you don't have as much feeling in there when it happens (as sexual feeling in there is quite different from woman to woman) I could see it being faked in a good deal of cases with generally considered normal anatomy, balloon it up, major sigh of satisfaction......and fall on top of her and go to sleep, good to go!
I've had guys tell me they won't be able to finish because they drank too much or whatever... I was like okay that's all right.. I know the feelings, that happens to me too sometimes... not sure why a guy would fake it, unless he thought the woman would get upset or something. I heard some girls won't let the guy alone when he says he won't finish, like they keep trying to make him finish, and he's like "Just quit it already, it's not gonna happen...." Maybe in those cases they fake it.

I've faked it before. well i did nothing dramatic to fake it, but when she finshed I stopped. when she asked me if I finished, I said yeah. I've done this more than once.

like I said, if you're doing what you're doing right, when a woman is "finishing" she's all contracting and convulsing anyway, so she's not paying you anymind, plus I tend to finish at the same time as my partner. I also typically tend to stay "ready" so not going soft is not a give-away either. So it's more a lie, than a fake. If they ask if you finished, u just say yeah
as far the reason why. well sometimes a partner wants it and you don't, but I personally believe withholding is wrong. Plus as fragile as they a Man's ego is, a woman's is moreso. so if you don;t finish, they'll keep going until you do, even though you'd rather go to sleep, or they'll act all butt-hurt and be insecure.
