To me sex is about intimacy as well as the physical aspect of it and I think should my fiance for whatever reasons be unable to perform anymore I would still feel fulfilled enough not to take my business elsewhere.
I also feel sex is a very wide definition in a way and goes beyond the obvious and there are many things you can do with a loved one or yourself which can be pretty satisfying though you might not go all the way.
There is more to life than just sex , as much as I like it. Love to me is paramount as is laughing together and simply being with someone you love. That in itself is pretty sexy.
I could live without sex. Without love though I am not sure...
If you can just look into each other's eyes and feel wonderful, that's a connection and sex has nothing to do with it.
Oh, absolutely. Certainly one can have all that without sex.
But sex, with all of that, is one more addition to what I consider to be an important part of life.
Having lived a life both with and without that physical connection; my life is infinitely better with.
Forgive me VP, but I want to use your post as an example for that young man who wanted to know what to say to women to get their attention.
I'm just stating what I feel.

Your statement screams a challenge to certain females, not me, to change your mind.
Maybe I don't want "my mind changed". I mean, I would like to see what it's like to have a girlfriend, but I do not have very high expectations. Sorry, but not all men think about women 24/7. I spend more time thinking about 80s music, my credit score (it dropped five points, from 785 to 780, last month and I'm not sure why) the weather, kung fu movies, coffee, Joseph Campbell, lap top computers, the price of stamps and cooking then I do thinking about women in that way.
I am not gay in the least (nothing against gay people, I'm just not one of them) and I do like women, I just think that, again, I might harm some big feminine egos by saying this, but there are allot of things in life more important and intresting to pursue then women.
Don't get me wrong. I am not sexist and I do have some female friends and respect females as people. What I mean by "pursue women" is pursue them sexually and intimately, and not just friends
Simple question Could you live without sex?............
I could, I suppose, but to see my wife suffer like that.........
