sam, start at the top. shower, shave, smell good, taste good. take care of yourself. the basics for sure. very important. next check your look, are you dressing your age? how is your haircut. have you been to the dentist lately. do you need a make over? are your clothes of this decade?
what image do you convey? you shouldn't look extreme, not too nerd, not too slick, fashionable but not trendy. do you have game? do you have something interesting to say? can you say it in a way that is interesting to listen to? can you think on your feet and change the topic when need be. are you funny, do you make girls feel at ease?
have you cultivated your flirt? can you flirt well without coming on too strong. it is more for us about the whole package. men can be regular guys and we are attracted to them when they are fun and confident. men who are more interested in what we think and feel than telling us, how cool they are. I think they call it listening!
tons of books out there and lots of movies. heck just watch any chick flick romance...we love all that stuff.
like 20 yrsinBranson said, depends on the kind of woman.
One of the most appealing aspects of a guy is CONFIDENCE.
Like yourself and others will like you too.
Showering and such helps as well, but just being happy and comfortable in your own skin is a huge turn-on to most women.
Be clean; be yourself as long as being yourself doesn't entail behavior such as picking your teeth et al in public. Otherwise, avoid the appearance of "trying too hard"; people pick up on that.
If you have to ask, you'll probably never know. The same could be said about the very question you asked in the title of this thread.
