We all have a leader in us, some more then others, some less...but in a marriage, leadership in my book does not mean obediance, or anything else that takes us to prehistoric times....

Thanks Cherie

I believe some women upon hearing leadership, right away tense up and think of it as being overpowered and being told what to do and how to live...no....a good leader is a team player...they know when to lead, and when to allow others to lead, when to listen and when to follow.
Actually it's your 2nd paragraph that is what a servant-leader is addressing.
A servant-leader does not over power or force their will on others.

Huh????? Isn't that what I said?

In approximately 600 B.C., the Chinese sage Lao Tzu wrote The Tao Te Ching, a strategic treatise on servant leadership:
The greatest leader forgets himself
And attends to the development of others.
Good leaders support excellent workers.
Great leaders support the bottom ten percent.
Great leaders know that
The diamond in the rough
Is always found “in the rough.”
