is there some different meaning to this phrase? Someone said to me the other day ''I met a girl last night and i took her home'' and he had this smirk on his face as if it meant something different.
Usually when a guy wants to "take you home", you can best believe he will be expecting you to have sex. That's why females need to use some common sense when it comes to this. If he asks if he can "take you home", and you know good and damn well, you have no intentions of 'putting out', then decline his offer.

Today at work, my friend told me that her and some guy "did the nasty".
She had this weird smirk on her face.
I couldn't understand what she was smirking about; there's nothing all that exciting about cleaning the toilet, is there?
Maybe we should introduce her to this guy you've been talking to. They could sit around smirking at each other all day long.
