I say, go with the flow. Don`t try to worry so much about her friends/ my friends, as much as you do each other, although...getting along with the "gang that she/he hangs out with would help," to me, it would not be that big of an issue, as it would be to get along with your date. Thats just me.

My ex got her new boyfriend to drop his friends. First things first--I never liked the guy. But it's not jealousy. His friends are druggies, and he was a druggie too, when she met him. I have to admit he cleaned up okay--but he has had some relapses. To me, he's bad news. To her, I'm just jealous. Honestly, I don't care enough to be jealous.

Just saying, you might not have to deal with their friends.

He did what!!!

Wow. You were really lucky you saw him doing it in front of you. Gave you a view of her skanky ways. You should pray for his well being, he did you a favor.

That, too, is a good point. The only person I need as a "friend" is my partner. No one else.

I just realized I misunderstood your question, twice. Not sure what happened there, sorry.

I'd have to ask why they don't like you and vice versa. There's either some major immaturity, actual reason for one to dislike the other or both.

I wouldn't introduce my friends to someone I don't like.
