On the opposite sex?
Is there anyone that has the opposite stance, you like them?
Or is it not an issue to you.

Obviously depends on the person and the style of glasses. But for me I generally find them a turn off on a perspective partner. Call it shallow but I just don't like the way they look, never have.

Many a woman has a little extra appeal to me if they are wearing them - they just have to only pick the right frames for their face.

I don't mind them at all. I don't usually notice them anyway unless they get in the way....somehow.

I used to think it was a turn off - until I reached 30 and had to start wearing them myself.

Some glasses look good on an individual while another person may have picked out a design or style they liked but in all actuality did not compliment them at all. I find this to be a problem more often than not on that first pair of glasses someone buys....!

As you said, it depends of the person and the style of glasses. There are styles that look pretty bulky and ugly. Long ago, there was a style of horn-rimmed glasses lined with rhinestones and flared out like wings on the edges. Styles like that seemed kind of ugly to me.

Generally though, it doesn't make much difference to me if someone wears glasses. After all, the purpose is to help improve their eyesight. But of course, contact lenses are also available. However, not everyone likes wearing contacts, and in some cases simply can't wear them.

I've know people who wore glasses when I first met them. Later when they'd take their glasses of, they looked different, not bad, but not good either. It just seemed like they looked better with their glasses on, probably because of association from first impression used to later identify that person.

Not at all.

Now if they are wearing the same frames that everyone else is that would be a turn off.

Mainly cuz I think the new fad favorite is hideous.
