My friend has been talking to this girl and she thinks he's hilarious. Everything he says she finds funny. Even when he's serious she thinks he's funny. So he told me that during a conversation with her he jumped to a different subject and he tried to "put the move" on her by saying nice things and stuff. She inmediately turned it around and continued goofing off with him. When he first started talking to her and emailing her, they touched a lot of hot subjects as far a sex is concerned.
Does this mean she does not longer see him as a potential candidate for sex? Does he have any hope or did he just found a hang out buddy?
No, it makes him more attractive. When we can laugh with someone, we feel very at ease with them. However, she may not be looking for a physical relationship. That, of course, has nothing to do with whether or not she thinks he's funny.
she has a need to laugh. she has found a vehicle. women scoot up next to you for a 1000 reasons, sex is only 1 of them. play it out. dont be mad at women and kids that laugh at you, its the dream of every clown. learn to laugh at yourself.
I think in most cases a sense of humor and being funny works in your favor. But not if you are trying too hard to be funny, it should just come natural to you.
For many women, getting into a "successful" relationship is no laughing matter. He likely needs much more than a good sense of humour and if he doesn't have it, they'll see it right away..
If you can laugh about sex, you can laugh about anything. And I have. It's never been a barrier--in fact, it's one of the things that have appealed to the women I've been with.

If a date were to laugh at everything I said, I would not be interested in that person. But if she's just a friend then we can all get out laugh on until quitting time.

I agree with you...he may just really be in the "friend zone" is all.
As for me personally, the funnier a woman is, the more attractive I find her....a woman that can gouge the hell out of someone like me who is a nonstop practical joker and has pretty much heard it all is truly on top of her game and in my eyes she's a 10
