he is missing a limb.

What would you do? Would you consider dating the guy? Mind you, this guy has a fantastic personality.

You can choose what limb he's missing. ( Nothing vulger. Keep it clean)

Example- He lost 7 fingers while he was in the Military. He was a bomb specialist. One day he was not so lucky.

Could you deal with a guy with 7 nubs and 3 fingers?

Some limbs are more valuable than others. True, I might date a guy who is missing fingers, but I certainly wouldn't DANCE with a guy who is missing a leg.

(Nor would I date OR dance with a guy who is missing some teeth!!!)

False legs work wonders these days there is a sprinter with a false leg who runs the 100 Metres in 14 seconds.

Yes but ... running is a whole lot different than dancing. There is more to using your legs in dancing than just moving your feet. Your knees are involved, your hips, your ankles, your toes. It's a whole 'to do' and it takes years to perfect it.

If I would have to make a decision on dating someone missing a limb/fingers. . and he treated me well and had his life together. . . absolutely so. I would take that any day over a man who had all his limbs and treated me like sh&t.

Suppose you were already married to the person and THEN they lost a limb. Would that change how you see them? Hopefully, not. And if it doesn't, then why would you have a different standard before you met them? Something to think about.

Being deaf has certain advantages, in a relationship.

Prosthetic ears are almost impossible to notice. Ask anyone whose not paid his gambling debts to a bookie.
