a few guys I know do this. I don't think this is weirder than us women doing it. Many people think removing hair is more hygienic and, in such a case, it's equally hygienic in both men and women. And since they (men) tend to sweat more and their smell is stronger, it makes sense.
Hell , I shave my armpits , chest , and genitalia. Like previously stated , I sweat alot , and grow weary of massing perspiration 15 minutes after showering. It aids in thorough cleaning , the cilia and their counterparts trap oil , solids leached from the body during perspiring , bacterial specimens , et al. I have yet to be approached by anyone to the contrary. Then again , some believe the hairier the merrier , so in summation , to each their own.

Big whoop, men and women have underarms, men and women have hair under their underarms. Why is one acceptable and one is not? Because gradually a trend starts and it becomes the normal thing to do. I hope no problem with men who shave and men who don't shave, and I have no problem with women who shave or women't who don't shave. Would I date a woman if she didn't shave? Even I'd be a bit weirded out at first but I wouldn't say no.
Wait. Let me get this straight. You work together AND you dated each other? Not a good idea - especially for him. I mean, you're already telling US about his armpit shaving!!! Hope you're not telling everyone at work!
nothing wrong with dating a co-worker, heck i married one. i guess it could get messy if it didn't work out though.
I'm actually going to start shaving my armpit. It will help alot because I sweat easily.
