Jealousy is such an "evil" thing.
We are all born with it unfortunetly, but its up to us to keep it under control. It can ruin so many relationships, from a good marriage to your best friend, and more.
How do you keep your jealousy controlled, or do you?

I think the antidote to jealousy is learning to be sincerely happy for others when they succeed (even those who don't reciprocate your well wishes or those who wish you harm and failure). Easy to say, hard to do.

I haven't had anything to be jealous over in so long, I don't really know if I still have a green streak.

But I'm betting it's there somewhere...deeply buried.

Jealousy can be of anything from your neighbor, to your husbands best friends wife, to your co worker, on and on. Jealousy is evil!

Most self confident, secure individuals don't have to deal with jealousy

Exactly! But....unfortunetly, its not for all of us.

I ask my husband why he hates my ex so much....he said because he still loves me. He said, if he hated you, he would be my best friend.

Very well said.

I have a hard time respecting individuals who are overly jealous all of the time. I would find it insulting if a man I was in a relationship with were to start up with the jealousy crap, because it seems like he thinks I can't handle myself or that I am untrustworthy.
