My current crush doesn't LOOK hairy because he's fair-haired but he has the most amazingly soft downy hair on his arms and such that I find so erotic against my skin. He doesn't have a ton of downy hair, just the right amount. I love it! I do NOT like hairless men. Ewww. That just seems effeminate to me.
My "baby" brother calls me the "Great Silverback" and I good naturedly take that as a sign of respect.
I could exert my dominance, but the last time I did, I had him pinned in .85 of a second and my Mother told me not to beat up her baby again. Damn alpha females!
He's 6'5" and 2 inches taller than me, but a wuss. Some day he'll probably push my wheelchair down a steep hill, but thats many years off.
Gosh. If I really like the guy a lot, his hairiness doesn't bother me. However, I've never dated a man that was really hairy. And I also think that the older a guy gets, the more potential he has for being hairy. It's just a part of being a mature adult.
My boyfriend was not very hairy when I first met him, but he left his body hair au naturel. I know that many young people these days are into shaving off their body hair, so early on I told him to not worry about shaving for me. Plus I hate the feel of razor stubble. Now that he is 29, he has a little more chest hair. And... his dad is a bit hirsute. Probably in the future, my boyfriend will be hairier... but I still won't encourage him to shave off his body hair. It's his choice though.
Myself, I only shave my underarms. And that's fine with him.
Otherwise, I came across this picture of JFK Jr yesterday... no shaving of body hair for him, and he was voted sexiest man alive back in 1988... I suppose today, he'd be too hairy for most (young) women? But not me.
