I dont think most sane girls want a bad guy,i just think good looking guys can be jerks because they know they can get away with it..
Women reagrdless of what they try to say are as shallow or more then Men and if the guys very good looking he can get away with being a jerk/bad guy and the women will put up with it for a long period of time..
@JBT It's the same for men, too, if a woman is gorgeous. That's how it goes. We treat the good-looking better. Babies stare at them longer. They have an easier time getting jobs. They have an easier time attracting people into their lives regardless if they have a good personality or not.

I think the stereotype is men=just look at women could care less about a woman's personality. The stereotype for women = want a man for their money.
Neither is absolutely true. Not at all. I can't speak for any other woman than myself, but I don't care about money. I was raised not to be dependent on a man so, his bank account is not what's going to pique my interest.

Well I think that is a statement that you cannot generalize upon. You see, both men and women are capable of stereotyping and judging, and both men and women are capable of denying it. Its human nature, and not really gender biased.
Maybe their taste is not bad. Maybe there's just an excess of bad men around. When women see a good man, they all flock and want the same thing. Problem is: there's a drought.
Is it just confusion of what she REALLY wants in a guy? or are most women blind to mens' personalities?

And what blindness would that be? Covered in tatoos, obsessed with porn, self-centered who only wants a f**k object, doesn't take responsibility of even basic duties in life?

Of course, the most challenging thing I've encountered while dealing with female managers is keeping my eyes focused in the right direction, ifya know what I mean.
