I kind of feel this way too. I mean once you hit 30, I'm sorry, but you're a full-on grownup. So...dunno. I always tend to think of "cougar bait" (ugh! yuck) as under-30.

30 is just...too old for anyone to feel he or she is being taken advantage of. And too old to be glittery-eyed "oh my gorsh" cute pool-boy-esque. IMO. And that *is* just my opinion.

Oh, sweetie.... Erm yeah. It's a huge accomplishment to get engaged; it's very rare. And we'll just leave it at that...no sense in smackin' ya upside the head with reality right now. And, congratulations on your engagement.

This^^! It's my lame joke about George Burns' movie "Oh God!" He lived quite a long life.
(still learning the punch lines.)

That's the thing... I'm foreign-born and I miss references to stuff "before my time" here. Of course, that's not to say I know or care to know what's going on now necessarily...

I know him, but not the movie.

No. That's why I put it in quotes - it's before my time in this country, not before my time age-wise. I never use this phrase otherwise. Besides, he died younger than I am now!

Well... for me it's just
hot girl or not hot girl,
milf or just old woman.

Been with a milf, was fun, but nothing to get serious with.
And while I wouldn't mind toyboying around a bit again I would rather have a girl as young as me...
Though when i think about it the reason I wouldn't mind being a toyboy again is more or less my current lack of female company...
Though when Im 40+ I'll probably be looking for younger age-ranges...
