OP does post an interesting question. Imagine how stunning it is for some woman who basically owned men from the age of 18 to 45, to one day walk into that nightclub where jaws used to drop and heads used to turn, and it is like she doesn't even exist.

There is a lesson here. Don't blow your precious 40's on a man who isn't going to marry you.

Just Googled. She is 54.

The question is who pays for the dates when they go out,her or the boytoy?I ask because of that other thread about going "Dutch" on dates.Does a 19 year old pretty boy pay for a multi millionaire Cougar's drinks?I think not.......oh wait he can't buy drinks anyway duh!!!!

Hey I won't pass judgement,I see plenty of women who I think still look hot in their 50's that younger men might find attractive, and for both men and women who are older youth can also be attractive and a ego boost to a extent but while it may be possible for such a age difference to gel together emotionally or mentally and it be "real" honesty says more often it is just about fun and or a return investment of some sort like him being around a celebrity and that is all it will ever amount to.

How come we celebrate older women with younger men but castigate older men with younger women? Guess it's just another one of those double standards...

That's the lesson? What a sexist thing to say. Maybe not every woman aspires to be married. Maybe there are women out there who would be happy to just have fun in their 40s even if it means they'll enter their 50s without a husband. Maybe some women would be perfectly content to be in their 50s and single.

Is anyone celebrating it? I think this thread is all about how terrible it is, isn't it?

What age does a Cougar become a Coyote?

I'd say it's a safe bet when she stops shaving her legs, thus growing her winter coat.

According to UD that would be a "Puma".

Wouldnt a younger woman be an "upgraded" version of a Cougar?

If one was with a "young" woman, then goes to an "older" woman that is definitely a downgrade.
