MUCH more enjoyable, IMO. But I was having issues before that made sex (along with daily life practically!) not as enjoyable as it should have been.

Oh gosh, you guys are going to think i am just weird.
Had one at age 40 a total everything out. After i cried and was upset and emotional, and thought my sex life would never be noramal again. Not with me, i think there is something wrong with me, i have nothing left inside, but have more feelings then ever, and i truly don't understand it, for it is not suppose to be like this. Now is it sometimes a challenge, yes, but their are tools for that sort of stuff, and to keep the juices flowing. Hate saying that. Yes if your weird like me YES there is.

A hysterectomy without an oopherectomy doesn't change anything feeling-wise. It only changes the psychological aspects of sex - no more worries about pregnancy and no more days with pain (or whatever was the reason for the procedure).

I was 32 when I had mine and have just recently finished (I hope) with menopause. It stopped my enjoyment of sex because I had a husband who belonged in the "monk-ery" (Get thee to a nunnery.) but after I had THAT surgery, I've been having a blast and sex is just as good as when I was young.

As for the age of the OP, I'm more concerned that the IQ is only double that of the age, if not triple.

A coworker told me one time that she had a partial hysterectomy, and she felt like she was"flappin` in the breeze down there." It scared me.
After reading posts on this though, maybe it had nothing to do with that. Possibly, it was just her.

Well, I can`t believe that she even told me about that! I should have told her to do her "kegels."

The next baby she could yell up at the doc.

"Hey doc throw a couple extra stitches in there."
