I don't choose to deal with our superficial society, which is why a "good but ugly person" has no merit in my world. What everyone else chooses to put in this thread is their own opinion. I'm talking about mine, and YES, I would absolutely want to be with a good person romantically, and they would never, ever be considered ugly to me.

Well its good to know youre one of the few but in reality the good looking ahole will have as much easier time in life..
I would be seriously turned off by anyone who prefer that people saw them as an ass, good-looking or not. Unfortunately, there are people who find pleasure in being that person.
I think a person who is not so good looking can become very attractive to many people through their personalities. So, I'd prefer to be the ugly-good chick and be respected. I have seen plenty with some fine looking men, so I wouldn't really be worried about it.
both - I consider myself a well rounded individual
Same here although I generally don't allow people to form their own opinions about me - I have them preprinted on an index card that I give out on initial introductions.

LMAO! I think I might try that, just for the humor. Good one!

That's right. Like my Colin Hay looking friend I got to know and thought I'd date him if he were single. What an awesome man he was.
