Somewhere in Philly tonight, there is a girl talking with her girlfriends about the weird guy who cancelled a date due to rain. She started off irritated but her friends have her giggling now as they discuss what excuse she can give him next week that will be even lamer than his...
I talked to her last night and explained that since it was expected to rain this evening we should reschedule because NASTY WEATHER is not good for a first meeting. Now if we already knew each other I would go but I like that first meeting to be on a nice day or night?
Anyone agree? I just don't feel like holding umbrella in the pouring rain on a first meet. First Meets should be on nice evenings always. So the girl agreed with me and will go out next week.
Any Ladies agree?
Rain.
Rain.
Rain.
Okay, I've said it to myself three times and can't imagine how that's an excuse. Where were you taking her? A picnic? Pick her up in your car and drive her to a nice place. Have a good time then take her home. This is all possible without significant exposure to the weather!!
TV dude, you're making this too hard!! The only exception is if you're on a motorcycle.
Hey OP, dont ever get married.
If you can't handle a little rain, how are you ever going to handle taking care of a lady when she needs you.
Sure hope you don't live where there is snow and ice. Unless you like penguins.
What a lousy excuse. A little RAIN?
You must be a sunshine guy. Women want men who can handle a little stormy weather at the very least. God forbid you ever have to face a real inconvienance.
Forget about women. Just worship your Sun.
I'm sure your date will find someone who can figure out how to show her a good time on a rainy day.

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed
Nothin' seems to fit
Those raindrops are fallin' on my head, they keep fallin'
