You need to define "Cry" for most guys. Usually the death of someone close, losing a great job or something tragic will be about the only time most guys cry.

There have been many a time I've had a tear or two. I believe the last 2 times when there was more than just a tear was with my wife when she found out she had cancer and previously we cried together when our youngest son told us he was gay - quite a shock to your expectations.

Yes, It is OK for a guy to cry.

Have you had a recent experience you'd like to share ?

Crying never got me anywhere. Even as a young child--it was more likely to get me beat than anything else.

The last time I cried was at my Uncle T.'s funeral in 2007.

I don't think that men should burst into tears over every little thing, but I think it's Ok for guys to cry.

We're human;we get sad too,sometimes.

I not only cry, I sob on occasion. Since the death of my parents, I've become pretty tender hearted. It's hard for me not to listen to someone talk about the death of a loved one without tearing up.

I think there is nothing wrong with men crying, but I don't cry in public. If I simply must, it's only a chaste tear or two .. I often follow that up with a macho joke about "this m******f***** making my eyes sweat." I think most guys are comfortable with crying. They just cover it with jokes: one, because it's funny to do so and two, because it's good to remind one's self that men should be strong and retain their composure.

Last time I cried was 2 years ago...over a D from a test..(insert bringing Asian family to shame and ruining your adult life). I passed my class in the end though :/

I think it is okay for men to cry. The stereotype of men being masculine and hard-@ssed should really be broken down. I mean, I don't think you should start prancing out in tutus and tiaras (unless you were into that thing, then go for it), but crying shouldn't mean masculinity castration.

Also, I swear it won't turn you into a women either

I cried when I watched "Old Yeller" and when Bambi's mother died.

...damned Walt Disney...
