Chessie I am so sorry! We lost our beloved dog almost 4 years ago and I still get teary eyed thinking about her...your plan to make a stepping stone sounds like a wonderful tribute to her...please post some pics when you are finished!

So sorry Chessie. I think it's the price we pay as humans for getting to experience the purity of their love.

On a brighter note, should you ever need to change your identity, the thumb is already taken care of...?

Exactly my thoughts after I saw the size of the divot I sliced.
