Have you ever had that experience where you meet or go out with someone and you are totally head over heels about that person? The thought goes off in your head where you're like..........Finally! This is what I've been waiting for. It's right.

Care to share when you had this moment and what did you do about it?

You're on cloud 9 when thinking of this person. You sometimes loose focus because you are thrown off by the thoughts you have of that person. You get nervous when they call you. You could care less about going out with anyone else.

Yes. Perfectly normal. Let us know a few weeks or months down the line how it works out!

I was on cloud 9, then I stepped on cloud 10 and floated away

It's happened to me once. I'll never get over it. I was totally blown away and amazed at the ripe old age of 54. I'm glad I got to experience it and find out it can happen.

It happened to me once. Head over heels for a very amazing gentleman... went on a few dates and found out he had been dating someone else long term the entire time we were together. When I found out and confronted him he said 'I thought those were friend dates?'.

Yeah. I still see him (7 years later...) and get butterflies in my tummy. Pathetic.

it is a truly fantastic feeling.

to look at that person, seeing your future unfolding.
everytime they walk into the room, your mood lifts.
even the slightest touch is electric.
even the mention of their name makes your stomach flutter !
looking into their eyes makes you melt inside.#
you feel "safe" with them.
to feel so totally "at one" with someone, to love them, and trust them so implicitly that you are willing to give them your heart, and share your thoughts, hopes, fears, feelings, and desires.

there can surely be no finer feeling than meeting "the one" ?

Yes I had that feeling. It began 22 years ago. I said yes three weeks after we met, we were engaged for one year and have been married since. Life isn't always "perfect" but it is pretty damn good most of the time.
