Was I nervous? NO. Never. If I had to start over again...at 50... maybe. But last time I'd been a gym member for a year. Now I tell him he should have worshipped me - hahaha. I need to go to the gym again! Maybe.... I'll get a membership for... Christmas?
Nervous, not at all. It helps when your partners eyes become wide with excitement and they lick or bite their bottom lip whenever they see you naked; but I have always taken very good care of myself and I really like the way I look. Do I have too much confidence? I don't think so... I think it's just the right amount :-)
I am with the Op on this one...to a point...but I don't think that people who are less self concious are vain...I actually envy them. There have been times in my life when I was very attractive and some times not so much (after kids, etc) and it didn't matter what I looked like, I was uncomfortable being naked either way...it has much more to do with what is going on inside your head than what is going on with your body.
