Mine happen yesterday...he just kept stareing..I was like what da hell?We were at a traffic light. I looked away...and he honked!!! I stared at him in shock and he laughed. Then he reemed up his car like I was going to race him...I looked in shock again...he drove ahead of me...I followed just driving my normal route and then he stopped. I almost hit him! I honked and he waved me to go around..I did trying not to look..He just smiled. Freaky huh?
